  I just moved to the area and needed a barber. I found this place online and thought why not give it a try. I'm glad I did. This barbershop is a old time barber shop with just one guy, Phil. Phil is a middle-aged Australian guy with a great sense of humor. He asks what you want, and does it. He takes his time and makes sure you're happy. Like the old-time barbers, he finishes off every haircut with a neck shave which he performs with a straight-edge razor. And, at only $15 this has to be one of the all time bargains in NY.
