::The first time I came to peekskill dental the receptionist was very nice. The staff were a bit unfriendly and rough on my mouth. I wasn't crazy about the Dr either. There after, I received unprofessional service. I feel like I'm going into an office of a communist country...a bunch of unhappy robots doing the bidding of the czar or nasty in charge. I have no choice but to go here as my insurance is through only them in this God forsaken city. I highly recommend that one does not expect great service.

::Came here for tooth extraction, they recommend sedation instead of local anesthesia because that meant $300 in their pocket. Then the surgeon recommended I allow him to extract my 2 remaining wisdom teeth for no reason. Very unethical, somebody needs to report this practice.

::Last night November 21st one of my tooth in the back got broken in pieces. Today November 22nd nobody wanted to see me. I called my health insurance and they contacted me with Dr Alison Schegter. She was nice funny and very confident. My tooth feels perfect plus she fixed another small problem in one of my front tooth. Everybody was warm and friendly. They saved my thanksgiving weekend!!!!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 10 chocolates for this office !!!!!!

::I visited Peekskill Dental Associates and had a great experience here. Dr Suarez, Susan, and the rest of the staff were professional and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care!

::Who can I start with on this review. Okay the receptionist is not only useless but very arrogant. When I walk in I proceed to walk up to the desk like I do any other office I go to. The receptionist won’t even turn her head around or acknowledge you for a good minute. Than when she does she says okay sit like she’s annoyed. Well maybe you should begin with a sign in sheet. Okay the doctor doesn’t do anything to help. Why accept patients or are pediatrics if you can’t help. My son whom is 8.5 years of age went for a hole in tooth. The doc had 2 people in the room including herself trying to do one x-ray of his tooth. They finally got the picture. The doc walked out the room, came back with a paper of doctors to call due to her not being able to help because is his permanent tooth. No prescription for pain ! Nothin... This child has to attend school. How can he function. I called about 7 places on the paper none wont help at all. I call back to the office and the nasty receptionist says well there’s nothin we can do for u. Are you kidding me. I was stunned. I will never recommend this place to a dog. They are rude and don’t have a clue to what they are doing. Customer service skills will work. Dr. Suarez if you want your office to become successful invest in customer service classes. Won’t return not even for a free root canal or free checkup.
