  I HIGHLY recommend this office, staff and Dr. Frances Arrillaga! Her staff were very nice and polite. Dr. Arrillaga was very nice and sweet and explained everything in details. She even drew a picture to explain to me what she was talking about. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good cardiologist!!

  I had a great experience with Dr.Pinder and The nurse practitioner Stephanie M. They both have a very well bedside manner and both did a wonderful job with explaining everything throughly and making sure they covered the whole 9 yards and did a wonderful job with throughly examining and explaining the answers to mine and my parents questions. The experience with them wasn’t this office but was at St.Joesphs Children hospital.

  Dr John is truly the best! I know it’s hard to wait for an appointment, but he does not cut corners or sacrifice quality of care just to squeeze in more patients. His office is welcoming and they give you the time and one on one attention that is so lacking in healthcare today. I HIGHLY recommend him. He has cared for both of my girls for almost 17 years. VERY VERY HAPPY.

  Horrible customer service! They should get rid of the receptionist. She didn't acknowledge me after I said hello. Then she grabbed the clipboard and started checking me in, still having not made eye contact or said anything to me. The rest of the encounter with her wasn't pleasant. The medical staff and doctor were nice but I wouldn't go back there. It was very uncomfortable for me. Our pediatrician visits are so much better than this all around.

  I had a great experience with Pediatric Cardiology Associates. Every staff member I interacted with (5-6 people on phone and in the Brandon office) was friendly and helpful. Dr. Gonzalez was wonderful. He listened to my son and me, responded compassionately, and gave us clear and competent guidance on what to do and next steps. I left the office feeling reassured, and would recommend him and their office.
