  This place is a nightmare,staffs is really rude to you and all they said is “your child is fine”,when my poor little sister was really bad with fever and vomit all they said to my mom was “give her Gatorade”,my mom had to bring her to the hospital since she was gettin really bad.This ace need to shut down,they’re just soo ride with people and don’t know how to do their job.

  The worse place to deal with. I’m switching my child’s pediatrician because this office is a nightmare. Never once I was able to get on a phone with anyone. If I need a paperwork from this office I have to drive all the way there and fight with them. Horrible service. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Zero stars.

  It hurts my heart to write this review this pediatrician literally watched me grow up and since then I’ve decided to bring my first son here .she has grown her business now this office has completely declined. The head doctor is the sweetest most patient and skillful doctor. However I hope she realizes that the other staff and some doctors are completely ruining what she has built up through all these years. Please all of your loyal customers are leaving now I won’t even make an appointment unless it’s in the smith town office with her… truly upset if things don’t change I will have no other choice but to switch doctors…. Sincerely - Patient and now parent of over 20 years. Update: she has recommended me to visit the smithtown office.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this place is horrifying they shouldn’t be allowed to be open and see kids. We started bringing my son here because me and my brothers were patients since babies and this place used to be amazing with full of staff and patients but this place is going down hill and losing everyone. The only person who we love and is AMAZING is dr George and he does not deserve to work there! But as for the staff they are rude disorganized and dirty, their phones are never on my 2 month at the time had a high fever and needed to make an appointment we called for hours couldn’t get a hold because phones were off until I showed up and had to tell them to turn their phones on. Then my son needed an ultrasound not one person knew where results were they didn’t know where the fax machine was no one called after 2 weeks I had to go to the hospital to get it myself. This place has zero staff working no receptionist ever, it’s a mess . I also know a parent who took their child there with an extremely high fever and did all the tests turns out she tested positive for rsv none one doctor or nurse called her with results she found out weeks after so sad… This place needs to shut down !

  My two children have been their patients since they were born and this office used to be good ,but not any more. The new receptionist is rude and not responsible . My two kids are waiting to go back to school due to the result of tests, the results have been come out already and she promised that she will fax over immediately but she never did. Hopefully this office can hire some responsible staffs.
