  the doctors are amazing. the managment is bad. i had an Appointment with my 4 kids. the first Appointment was at 10:30am. at 10:45 i told the clerk whats going on , so she said "you have 4 kids , each kid is 30 min so it's up to 12:30 , so dont worry , you will be out at 12:30', i said ok. my first daughter went in about 11:15. she was great . as soon as the doctor done i got in my second daughter , but the doctor tells me she has to go to make an exam. iwas waiting for about 15 min. so about 12 pm my second daughter went in. she done by 12:20 , and than the doctor says again she has to go to another exam , so thats min another 15 min holding. i had to take my old daughter back to school. i left and came back after 25 min. and than the manager tell me she cant accept my 2 other daughters because i left. i told her that i had to take my old daughter to school , and the only reason i left is because you guys make me wait an extra hour. she said it doesnt matter and made me another Appointment. i lost a day work, and my daughters lost half a school day because of poor managment.and after all that she didnt even appologize. i would never go back there unless they had a great doctors. so just you have to know , if you go there , you will wait much more time than your Appointment. hi. i just been there for second time. everything was pefect, I want to believe that this is how it usually goes there, that referred me to a very good friend who is also very strict. He would not have gone there if it had not been a great place. i want to thank for great service and aspecially to dr monolesir melissa which is the best Pediatric i have ever seen.

  Great Great place! We've tried other places and I've never seen a better place than this! My kids are always happy! The atmosphere is happy, kind, and nice! Dr. Avi does an amazing job! He's really on top of my kids teeth, making sure they get the best care!

  I must agree with most of the negative posts, however in my experience the office manager, Debbie I believe, went above and beyond for my family. There was a male hygienist named Rob who was great and was the reason a friend rec the office. Seems they let him go..great idea. The person who cleaned my kids teeth this time was no where near as friendly and seemed to rush through everything. The doctors always change and when I called to complain to the “hotline” I was given a pathetic “we’re sorry you feel this way” response. Corporate dentistry at its finest! Look around before bringing your kids to a place that values your money and not the care your kids receive. And go ahead, tell me you care about my opinion and to contact patient care just like you did to everyone else who had a negative comment.

  I have been twice with my kids, and both times left much to be desired. The first time they confirmed the appointment for 5pm and 5:30pm, however the NEXT DAY when we showed up they said to me, “oh, your appointments were at 4pm and 4:30pm.” I work, so I know when my appointment was supposed to be! The second visit, the staff seemed to either have a problem with each other or someone else and there was A LOT of shouting and negativity. My kids weren’t afraid to be there so at least they were sheltered, but I was concerned for the work environment and if there was a disgruntled employee, perhaps this will reflect in the work. I am choosing another practice despite the convenient location of this practice.

  The complete worst kids dentist I've ever been to. They butchered my son's mouth who's now had an infection for 2 weeks. Ended up in the hospital twice because of them. The front desk is so damn rude it is sickening. Had the desk manager argue with another secretary from another office over my phone because neither could figure how to work a fax machine or use emails. Been sent around to 5 different places from this dentist to get my son's mouth fixed and none of them can do it! He's been in so much pain it's sad. Anyone who goes to this dentist is making a really bad mistake. I strongly urge you to find another before they destroy your kids mouth like they did my son. I won't even pick up their phone calls anymore. They call me 6 times a day. Do not go here! My son was in pain during the first time she place a crown on his tooth. And told him to raise his hand if he felt pain. He raised his hand and she ignored it and said ok ok almost done you'll be fine. Kept trying to get me to come back so they can collect more insurance money. I hope no one ever considers this dentist for the sake of your kids health.
