  Very rude business owner Michael (Russian). He usually answers the phone. I suggest you to stay away from this business if you do not want to be insulted

  Incredible bike shopping experience! I'd been really nervous to buy a bike because I feel like often you can get "had" - at least this was my experience when I lived in London. New to NYC, I discovered Pedal Universe at the Park Slope Bike Flea Market - they had some really great finds and even took my bike back to their shop to make the adjustments I'd wanted, all included in the original price. They were absolutely true to their word and incredibly fair. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with such helpful, honest, and friendly businesspeople. Since then, I've pumped air at local bike shops and they have all told me that I got an incredibly good price - so I can't recommend this shop enough!
