  I have been using Peapod for over two years. I've had a problem just once when some items ordered weren't included. The mistake was corrected immediately. I will continue to use Peapod as everything is better than I would pick out myself. Delivery is always on time and the staff is always polite and helpful. Thanks for the great service.

  excellent service, reliable, on time and flexible delivery, Often better prices than the store. peapod makes it so there's no reason to go grocery shopping

  Because my husband is disabled, we use this service more than most folks. In the many times we have used the service, they have not once gotten the order right. The last order, the delivery sat out front of the house for 20 minutes...never came to the door...never rang the bell. Then took our order back. Hello? What kind of delivery person doesn't go to the door? They need some serious management training at Peapod!

  Ok fine just ok but inexperienced staff and some are rude. Even lost 1005 points from my card for nothing all from a staff members

  first delivery time selected was changed and the new delivery range was 730am to 1pm .. 5 1/2 hour window for delivery( feels like cable tv)...then updated to 1100am-100pm ( ok already got up early to be available for the early delivery for nothing) updated running 1-2 hours behind delivery will be before 4pm.....are these people serious...the store is 5 minutes from my home will NEVER use this again...thought it might convenient.....turned into an all day thing being tied down to the house .. terrible way to do things
