::I highly recommend Peak Performance Fitness to anyone who is looking to lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle. Last Fall I received a gift certificate for 5-weeks of personal training & fitness at Peak Performance Lynbrook. After putting it aside for 6 months, I finally decided to use it. Being someone who has never incorporated exercise into their lifestyle, and who finds most gyms intimidating, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full gym attended by men & women of all different ages and experience. I met with a Personal Trainer (Tyler- who is awesome!) and we scheduled once weekly sessions. Tyler has been really good about customizing sessions to meet my specific needs and pushing me (gently) when I’m tired and want to give up. He also makes me laugh, even when I’m doing lunges, which is saying something. After the first 5-weeks I decided to renew for another 5 weeks and increased my training to 2-sessions per week. During this time I also went to Peak every day to do Cardio. There is always a machine available, and I’ve had fun getting to know some of the other gym members. After ten weeks I’ve lost 13 lbs. and multiple inches; not only do I look better, but I feel better too. I am eating healthier and am more energized. Joining Peak Performance Fitness has literally changed my life, and I would, without hesitation, recommend Peak to anyone looking for a place to exercise or train.

::I can't say enough about how joining Peak has changed my life for the better. I started going to Peak a little over a year ago because I wanted to gain weight and muscle mass. I was always scrawny and I had an incredibly difficult time gaining weight - even gaining a pound felt like an insurmountable challenge. Being a guy, this wasn't the way I wanted to look. I was fortunate enough to have Tyler as a personal trainer. He's absolutely the best in the business! He taught me how to balance eating right and lifting to gain weight in a healthy way. Tyler has a knack for being able to get the most out of you while also making you feel like you're in a comfortable, low pressure environment. I gained more weight in the past year than I had in the ten years before combined. I've never felt better. It all starts with motivation and a great trainer.

::Peak Performance Fitness has changed my life. I've lost 30 lbs and discovered muscles I didn't even know I had. My Exercise Physiologist, Corynne, continues to challenge me every week with new workouts. She and the rest of the staff are wonderful - helpful, and knowledgeable. I've learned so much about my body and the way to live a healthy life. I've also made many new friends as the clientele are great. There's a great mix of young and old, all with the same goals.
