  The author is a friend of mine and I began reading this book expecting to learn about Mark and about Parkinson's. What I did not expect was to learn about myself and dealing with some of my own issues. Reading Peace with Parkinson's was like sitting in a meeting listening to a really good speaker and then being disappointed when you realize he is done, because you wanted more. It's well written, informative, uplifting and causes the reader to contemplate the many layers in their own life that have formed the person they are today. I recommend this book to anyone whether they have Parkinson's or not. Well done my friend!
