  The whole crew were very responsive and understanding of our needs on the purchase of our very first home. They explained things in easy to understand terms and really worked to get us financing we could afford, which was great as my wife and I were pretty overwhelmed with the whole process. I would recommend James and his team to anyone looking to finance a home, and will definitely work with him again if the opportunity arises.

  James and his team at PDX Home Loan could not have made our first time home buying experience more enjoyable . From approval to close, James and his team were there every step of the way to answer questions, offer guidance, and insure that we were matched with the best product to fit our financial situation. Loved the personal touch of his video email recaps in which he took the time to explain the product options and benefits in detail, putting us at ease and confirming that James was the lender for us. Best of all, he was there when we needed him most - 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and was on the phone with us helping us close the deal on our new home. I'd recommend James to anyone in need of a mortgage product. -Scott

  Honest. Hard-working. I wasn't able to qualify, but James and his very-nice assistant Jessica told me what they'd need to see in the future to get a loan. The future came in about 6 months, and I got an amazing re-fi! Some mortgage folks don't return calls with bad news ("I can't get you a loan right now"), but James and Jessica were on top of it, kind, and straight-forward. I can't speak highly enough of these people! Good human beings, and good professionals to boot.
