  I stumbled on PDX Cabinets, literally because I was driving by on the way home from a disappointing visit to another cabinet company. I normally work with places where I have a personal referral, but I thought "what the heck"? Their showroom is terrific and made me comfortable with the product quality. I explained what I was looking for, then I received a design from them by email later that day. They had great suggestions for areas where I was unsure what to do and are VERY RESPONSIVE! What a pleasant surprise! Christine was amazing to work with and I'm sure I have been annoying with my constant calls and emails, but she is always happy to help. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the 5 other places I contacted, and were comparable with Costco sale pricing. Their turn-around time is much faster than anyplace else. I received cabinets in about a week. I purchased all of my kitchen cabinets and quartz from them and would do it again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to others.

  I tried to do business with this company and could not get them to respond. If their pre-sales communications are so poor I expect their post-sales communications would be even worse. I will not risk doing business with them.
