  Bob did the inspection of our new house. He wrote a very detailed report and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. We're super happy with his work and we would recommend his work without a doubt!

  Bob and Patrick were really flexible with our last-minute request and changes in plan. They were thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns.   Bob and Patrick conducted the property inspection for my new house. I'm a first time home owner and don't know much about this stuff but he did a great job explaining what areas could be troublesome down the road, what to keep an eye out for, and pointing out things I didn't even know or think about. He came back to my property twice after the inspection - one to meet with my roofer and to do a thermal imaging when it was wet and cold enough outside. I highly recommend Bob. He comes off as an honest guy with a wealth of knowledge.

  Bob is reliable, honest and thorough. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we know virtually nothing. Bob took the time to educate us far beyond any expectations. Bob not only walked us through the property, he proceeded to follow up with an in depth phone call sharing insights on how we could approach potential upgrades to our home.
