  Excellent experience buying a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Salesperson Max Johnson was extremely knowledgeable about the brands and the features. Great information and an efficient experience. Find Max when you go to this location!

  I was in need of s new TV and was told by a friend that P.C. Richards was a great place to find a truly reasonable deal. I looked on their website and came across a model i liked and decided to check this location out. Upon arriving there the staff were friendly as directed me to where the TVs were located. Going to the sections where they were i was assisted by an employee named Kevin i believe his last name was Best. He was extremely helpful and unbelievably patient while i asked what had to be a million and one questions about the product. I just wanted to say thank you so much Kevin you definitely exceeded excellence in the customer service experience, I’m so happy with the TV and will probably be back soon to purchase that sound bar you showed lol!
