  Just had the best experience with this PC Richard! The store manager Gerald was unbelievably patient and helpful with my husband and I. Our salesperson Mark was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Big store which is extremely well kept. Only going back here!

  I was looking for a mattress was unsure about what type I should get and I had the pleasure of having Joseph Daniels help me choose the right selection. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the differences and even helped me choose the perfect frame. I thought I was going to need to go to a different store, but this PC Richards has everything I needed. I will definitely return for my future purchases. I didn’t feel rushed and Joseph was very attentive and insightful. I hate shopping and he made this shopping experience delightful. I’m a very satisfied customer.

  I can not express how enjoyable and easy the staff at PC Richards of Bellmore make every purchase. I usually am dragging my kids with me so its extra hectic and the staff is always understanding and helpful in making the transaction quick and painless. We have a wonderful relationship with one particular employee Alex. He is always making sure we get the best price for the items we purchase. It is always nice when shopping for big ticket items that you feel comfortable with the salesperson helping you. They are honest and reliable. I was there yesterday and purchased a camera for my son for his birthday and Alex made sure I got the best option for my little man.

  My wife and I went to buy a new dryer because we went through 2 in the last year and Frank DeVito was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the different types of dryers and the benefits of each brand P.C. Richards had. As a result, we were able to purchase a dryer that has been a God-sent. It is simple and easy to use. Because it is user friendly, my teenage kids can do their own wash without our help which has also been a blessing for us as a family. I recommend anyone going to P.C Richards to ask for Frank D who is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

  I have to say going into this store really was a breath of fresh air. As a person used to awful customer service I can thoroughly say this place is EXACTLY what I needed. I went in looking for some new appliances after my strenuous move and everyone here was so full of energy and information I couldn't help but be grinning ear to ear when I left. I don't know if I'm allowed to name employees, but one in particular stood out even more than the other shining stars. Herby. This man went above and beyond in informing me of things I didn't even know I needed to know, but in an informative and well read manner. Not in a salesman-like manner. His demeanor was the pinnacle of what customer service should look like. Thanks Herby, I will definitely be back!
