  This my second visit, I always get my electronics from this location and their reps are very helpful. I was helped by George who provided me with quality information and great service. I look forward to returning soon

  Many, many products available here with tons of free parking in the parking lot. The only downside I find to this place is that I feel the sales associates are somewhat like wolves trying to get you with little care about what you're actually interested in. I'm not saying "lets be friends", but at least fake it that you care about what my interest is. I think that makes the buying process better.

  Winston, our sales counselor was so friendly and professional. He made us feel so comfortable. We were just coming in to browse and price some items for our kitchen, and after a few minutes with Winston, we purchased a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. After doing some research with competitor's prices, I realized what a Great deal I got. I will certainly recommend the Bay Plaza PC Richard to friends, and tell them to ask for Winston

  Had such an maxing experience at this store, thanks to their sales men Jermaine M. He was so kind and honest. He knew everything about every product I asked him for. Thanks to him my wife and I feel comfortable about our purchase!! Will be coming back to him for sure! Great guy

  I have been going to this location for years it is a ten minute drive from my house. The people are professional and friendly and they know their stuff. The salesman (George) that helped me was very nice and very helpful. He was also very patient as I ran through the options of picking out several big ticket items. Highly recommend going to this P.C. Richards. Ask for George and you wont regret it.
