  Recently we renovated our entire home. The only salesperson we would give our business to is Jerome Q. at PC Richards in Babylon!!! We have also been following Jerome for everything from Refrigerators to Televisions for almost 15 years! Jerome is extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the electronics, which helps make our selection process a breeze! I have health and mobility issues, and Jerome takes this into consideration as well. We trust Jerome!!! We highly recommend him when you consider your next electronic/appliance purchase. He also gives the BEST DEALS!!! Shari & Ralph Santorelli

  I always have a great experience at PC Richards when dealing with Jerome. Jerome is very knowledgeable, considerate, and a pleasure to deal with. They have the best customer service and would not even consider going anywhere else for my appliances, electronics, etc. because of this. I highly recommend visiting this store & asking for Jerome.

  My home needed a bit of an appliance upgrade so I went into PC Richard expecting to painfully spend a pretty penny. Eliot made my experience so worth it! He understood my budget, what I needed out of my appliances and was so knowledgeable. I’m happy to say he saved me a few big bucks as he knew all of the latest promotions/specials and all of my appliances are even more than I need. I can confidently say I got the most of my money and will be returning to PC Richard for all of my future purchases!

  Eliot was a wonderful help. I recently moved into a new house and he was able to get me the best prices for what I needed. Between a TV and a new washer/dryer set, I have never been so happy. He has a lot of knowledge and patience to deal with anyone that comes through the door. 10/10!

  Outstanding Store. I have been a customer for several years, during which time I always had the pleasure working with the Store Manager, Mark and his knowledgeable staff. Mark possesses great communications skills, high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, great customer service, and very knowledgeable on all the products that are sold in the West Babylon Store. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we understand the products we are interested in purchasing and is very accommodating as far as delivery times. Mark and his staff are a great asset to your organization and what makes the West Babylon PC Richards a step above the rest.
