::My experience with PC Richards in Bay Shore these past 2 weeks has been award winning customer service. It started with calling the service phone number to request an exchange on our refrigerator and the customer service rep (did not get her name-sorry :-( ) told me she would have a manager look at my request and a letter would be sent out. Received letter from Rick G. that we can exchange refrigerator. I visited the Bay Shore location and Tito helped me. He was accommodating and helpful with a smile. We had to pick out another refrigerator due to some issues and I went back and spoke to Tito, AGAIN, helpful, accommodating and laid my worries to rest. We had another little glitch and Tito came to the rescue. I would also like to add the 2 delivery men (one is named Bill) who came more than once were very comfortable to be around and patient with my questions. THANK YOU TITO for outstanding customer service which is very rare these days. You are an asset to the company !!!
