  Great experience at the Carteret location. We needed a new air conditioner and hadn't been in the market for one for over 20 years. We were helped by Fayia, who was great. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He tested a few units for us so we could hear how loud the air conditioners were. He was just the nicest guy. Highly recommend this store. Wonderful customer service.

  I give 5 stars because the customer service was great and they had everything I was looking. Juan the manager was a great help and was very knowledgeable. You guys have a returning customer and will recommend you to my family. you guys are awesome!!!!

  I live in Brooklyn and a co-worker suggested I go to the location out in Carteret NJ. That I wouldn’t be disappointed even tho I had a decent travel. He wasn’t wrong. I needed a gas dryer and Joe and Bobby from this located was beyond terrific. I couldn’t be more happy with the product, the price and service. I highly recommend going there

  I came to purchase various appliances. The sales associate Faya was able to find everything I needed and his alternate suggestions were on point. Jeff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I got the best deals possible. He truly was a great guy to deal with. My overall shopping experience was grade A! I would recommend this place to anyone!

  My husband and I came here to purchase our new refrigerator. The staff robot is and the manager Joe were helpful and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend coming to this location for any of your appliance and mattress needs. Thank you team for making my experience simple and enjoyable.
