  Great place, helpful staff! Went in there to see if I could redeem a Samsung discount voucher from Verizon. The salesman helped me contact Verizon and find out where I could use it. Wasn't able to get it there, but I'll be back for anything else I need from now on! Thanks, Kenya!

  Very good customer service. Alma helped me right way and showed as exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to up sale me. Very quick and polite. Highly recommend!

  Awesome store! Excellent staff! Needed a new camera for a trip with the wife and kid and got some great help from Enrique. Honest salesman. It's hard to find good ones in NY and evil is unforgivable. Definitely will be back.

  This place is great! I needed a new steamer for my cape and was able to pick up a good one here. The prices are great! You have to be a madman to miss the deals. Will definitely grace them with my presence again on a random Tuesday.

  I had an awesome, excellent experience at PC Richard & Son in Forest Hills. Thanks to the efficient service of sales person Mike. He was very helpful, very informative about the products sold and exceptionally warm, friendly and showed great patience. By far the best customer service I've encountered in years... Well done !!
