  I had these guys replace a motherboard on my PC and when the replacement board developed problems they took it back and redid all of the original work at no charge. Fixed. I will use them again in the future.

  I would give zero stars if that could be done. Well, I just called to ask about repair parts. My son's computer is acting up and I know the heat sink cpu fan is not spinning. So I thought I would see if they kept them stock. He decides to talk to me like I don't know anything and when i say i realize how many different heat sinks there are on the market he hangs up, before I could even read the numbers off, since I had the case open. I think i will repair myself. I suggest you take your computer somewhere they will not talk down to you or hang up on you.

  Was quoted a price over the phone to replace a DC Jack on my laptop. After I drove 40 minutes to drop it off, I was then quoted DOUBLE what had been said over the phone. Ended up finding a place that would do it cheaper than the original quote I was given. Definitely can't recommend a place that either doesn't have their prices straight, or uses dishonest business practices.
