  Can not say on computer repairs, but for cell phones had a terrible experience. Had to replace my wife's cracked screen and gave the phone on a Monday to be ready by Friday. Come Friday and the phone was not ready and was told to come back Saturday. Finally receive the phone and was told 15 days to bring back if any problems. Took a couple days to notice the front camera was blurry and didn't know why. Then the screen started to fall off and there was tape covering the camera on the inside. Had to bring the phone back and eventually took it to their repair guy himself. As he is at another location, he told my wife to her face that he did not do the terrible repair and he wanted to charge to fix it. But this was the first place we took the phone because it was brand new from Verizon. We eventually got him to finish the repair no charge. Overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend.
