  Giving only one star, even though the woman that was working there, saved my life that day. I've been in 3 Chase Banks that day and had problems since my polish ID somehow is WRONG. I had no money with myself, so with empty stomach I was running desperately to cash my check. This Latino woman did everything she could, including letting me charge my phone when I needed to give her adress details and, of course, it died. Why only one star? Because winthin that one hour we talked a lot. And what I heard - she's poor. She have family, and a grandkid she needs to pick up from school. Her boss is making her stay longer and cuts her income from time to time, just because he can, and she can't drop the only job that is bringing her money to live. Told her she deserves more with that big heart. And sadly this bad opinion is the only thing I can possibly do for her.
