  Thank you Payless Mattress! My baby loves her new bunk bed! The bed came on time, the delivery guys were fast and polite but most importantly, I got great customer service at a low price!

  I recently ordered a twin size bunk bed for my children and the customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end down to the delivery guys. Very professional very courteous I will be shopping again with Payless Mattress..

  I purchased a whole bed, mattress, chest, etc. the color of my choice was black and I can't be more pleased with Payless Mattress. The delivery crew was so professional and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable before they left and my sales lady Jayda folllowed up with me prepared to fix any issue I had. Fortunately this brand new furnitures quality is 100%. If you want the best shop at Payless Mattress!!!!!!

  The customer​ service reaches beyond the inside of the store. The gentleman who own and run the store reach out to the community as well. We need more businesses​in the community which invest back into​ the community that spends with them. Theses gentlemen​ were a pleasure to speak with and I look forward to doing business with them on levels other than buying furniture.
