  If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have ONE employee working at one of the busiest airports. Our car was not ready for pick up, it took them over an hour to assist us, when we were second in line. If you are ever in a hurry, DO NOT use Payless. Their employees have HORRIBLE a customer service, and do absolutely nothing to accommodate the ridiculous wait.. it doesn’t matter if you have a car reservation, it will not be ready. DO NOT rent a car from this company.

  Got a Jeep Patriot for 12 days on special for only $300, and on top of that they took us to the airport terminal!! Nice price, and nice service♥️

  Horrible staff at JFK. Dirty car. Location phone doesn't work. Innacurate info about our reservation. Custom Service beyond terrible. If possible, do not rent a car with Payless.

  Only come to this location if your really desperate. The staff is rude and they are not knowledgeable on the policies. I was overcharged after being told by the employee that I wouldn't be charged. I waited in line for 20mins with only one guest ahead of me. While the other employee laughed, joked, had lunch break etc. I would never rent a car from the establishment ever again and I advise everyone to pay the extra money to go to Hertz, Enterprise, Thrifty etc because the level of service and extra add on fee are not worth it.

  Crooks. Overcharged our card by hundreds. Can't get a copy of charges as no one responds to calls. BBB involved as well as credit card dispute. Class action lawsuits on this company. Found travel advisory not to use this company because of fraudulent charges. Super pissed.
