  Treat variety was okay, I expected alot more options. Also difficult to find parking here during the week.

  I went to this shop to find some type of dog toy that my puppy could not destroy and eat within 30 minutes. I spoke with the owner (Lisa) who was very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, she directed me to a line of toys that should be indestructible (or at least difficult for my pup to tear to shreds). She also provided tips for use and training. Overall, this place is awesome. I think next time, I'll pick up a doggie cake. Lisa even gave me a dog treat to bring home for my pup! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

  The owner Lisa is super rude. Didn’t want to accommodate a Birthday Cake request even 24 hours in advance. I wouldn’t recommend this business. Doesn’t even deserve one star! On top of that, Lisa just called me stating she’s not rude, I have the problem and I don’t need to come into her store! Like don’t worry, everything is overpriced and outdated.

  I think it's great that there are stores like this, being an owner of 2 dogs and fostering other dogs from local shelters. That being said, this just left me with an awful customer experience. My wife, I and her cousin had stumbled across this place after eating, and we walk in to not being greeted or even acknowledged by person working there. We spent a good 10 minutes browsing the small store in close proximity to the associate without being asked if we could use any help or suggestions. I felt like the only time we were acknowledged was when we brought our merchandise to the front and even then the woman felt a little condescending when I mentioned we had 3 dogs and one was handicap. Another couple walked in with their well behaved German shepherd and there was another smaller dog that got yappy but the couple had to leave out their animal even though it didnt seem to growl or react. Really wish I could give my business here again but you only get one chance to make a first impression. I'll give it another go in the near future and hope things will have changed.

  My dog loves the treats here. Staff is always very friendly. My dog loves when I bring her with me as she gets lots of treats.
