::Good quality bikes are built here. Good customer service!

::I brought my bike in to have it tuned this spring. The guy was nice enough. But he charged me more than Ski Haus, which has an excellent bike crew, and he put a mismatched tire on the rear of my bike. which is sloppy and careless at best. It's back to Ski Haus for me. He also charged me about 20% more to replace an inner tube on the mismatched rear tire when it caught a flat. Certainly not his fault I caught a flat, but the tire has been a consistent problem. I took a few falls on the bike this summer, and I've had it for years with no problem. To the people who were happy with this place go a few miles further down the road. Thanks

::Rob is the best. Honest, fair prices on new bikes as well as tune ups and repairs. Quality of their bikes are far and away the best. definitely recommend, it's the best bike shop around.

::These guys are always so helpful. Perfect location, minutes from the Patterson/Pawling metro-north stops, surrounded by miles and miles of some of the best road riding around. Rob, the owner, is an honest hard working gear head that can wrench your ride, and give you all the beta you need about local roads that have fresh pavement and great views.

::Called up from NYC to inquire about cross country ski conditions around Patterson NY and the availability of rental equipment. The shop keeper was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and type of skiing available. Seems like this location is perfect for someone coming from the city by train or car for a day on the snow. Wish there was more actual snow so the Nordic center would be open!
