  Great place to grab a boat. It’s $6 to get to Manhattan which seems like a rip off since the Path is fast and costs 1/2 as much. Also the boat ride is about 3 minutes so at a per minute cost this is insane. But pier does it’s job and is clean and orderly. Staff is efficient and fast but rarely friendly.

  Quick and friendly service. There's a ticket counter to purchase. Ferry runs on time.

  Small but clean and nice ferry transportation point to New York. The staff is kind and helpful, you can reach Lower Manhattan from both sides (WTC and Pier 11/Wall Street) in minutes. Usually not crowded and has terrific view on Lower Manhattan day or night. Waiting room is useful when windy or rainy and still has glass walls for you to look at Hudson.
