  Really hope this place opens sometime. The would-be owner consistently has one of the best selections at the WFMU Record Fair (and is one of the friendlier people tabling there, though that's admittedly a less competitive field). It seems like there have been plans to open a store for years that keep hitting mysterious delays, but I was optimistic given that their sign has been up for months, and as of the most recent Fair he had a grand opening party planned for early June with flyers and everything. If Paul's Boutique existed, I could easily see it being the best record store in Greenpoint.
