Sceptical at first, how much different could they be, Joe sure proved me and my wife wrong. Took the time to explain each product and warranties. Didn't pressure us to buy that day. ::Ordered two washing machines and two dryers from Paul's. They did not have one dryer in stock, so I said I would wait until it came in. Had to call the store to ask if the dryer came in and they said yes (no phone call to customer). Offered Friday delivery but could not make it that day. Next delivery option was either Wednesday or Friday the following week (after Memorial Day). I picked Wednesday. Tuesday had to chase after them and ask why I hadn't heard anything back. Was told that I would receive call the next day (day of delivery) by 9AM when the item would be delivered that day. Once again had to chase after them the following day and call at 9:30AM and was told they did not have me in for delivery that day! Incredible! In my opinon, someone wasn't telling the truth at this place. Wasted my time and day with Paul's and wasn't even offered a discount for time wasted. Owner sent an apology letter and an offer for a discount for a future purchase. Too little too late. Canceled the order and will not go back. Need to learn that when someone is spending even a dollar at your store, customer service is your priority...especially if the customer hasn't even taken delivery. P.S. The five star rating review from a Jose R. below seems to be the same guy that works for the store! FAKESPOT!
