  I have high expectations when I go to restaurants that advertise "they are the BEST" mostly if they have been endorse by a travel magazine which I am learning it means they paid for the advertising or the persons reviewing has different expectations than mine. The place is beautiful, the service is average, is ok but nothing to remember (the waiter was chewing gum🤔) Bob loved the fish I had the zucchini but again I can make it at home😉 I am going to suggest the owners and managers to take a tour to milwaukee, go to: the rumpus room, lake bistro, blue egg. Scrutinized the food and the service, ask them how they train their staff. Good luck. I will be back to try the desserts.

  Great food, but extremely pricey. The service was very good, but the atmosphere a bit stuffy.

  Excellent service. Everything was perfectly prepared. The popovers were light and eggy perfection. A nice change to a standard bread basket. Cozy intimate atmosphere in the bar area. Enjoyed the piano player who added to the ambience.

  Paulette's is absolutely charming. We loved everything about it! The food was amazing, the ambience subtle and inviting, but most of all the service was 100% and more. Our wait person, Abby, was the sweetest, kindest and attentive I've ever experienced. She even went next door and got lemonade for my nephew who wanted it with his dinner. I give her a 10+. We will definitely go back when we visit Memphis again. Thanks for a great last evening.💕
