  I have never seen anyone for counseling before so needless to say I was a little apprehensive to call, but i'm glad I did. Ms. Paula was very professional, caring, and compassionate.

  Very talented woman. I’ve worked with a lot of counselors/therapists but Paula is by far the best. Able to make a lot of progress in a short amount of time. I leave each session feeling a weight off my shoulders and tools to move forward. I would highly recommend Paula!

  My first time my partner and I did counseling with Paula, I was very nervous and skeptical. I wasn’t sure if I would be comfortable enough to open up to a complete stranger and discuss my most personal, deepest thoughts and emotions. Paula was very direct, and “LISTENED” she made great key points and had great communication skills that we had never thought of. She let us take the lead as in the direction of the conversation yet still managed to guide us to our real issues within ourselves and not each other. She is very flexible and works around our schedule which makes it even better. We didn’t feel rushed or bamboozled. We both left feeling as if we’re hope.

  Paula is an amazing therapist, she has such a passion for people. She takes the time to listen and then challenges you with truth. I am so grateful for all that she has done to better our family.
