  After a long day of shopping other brands and dealing with long wait times to test drive cars (despite having made reservations) - we made a last minute decision to swing by Paul Miller to test drive a 2016 750i. We called and said we would be there in 30 minutes. David Morrison, our sales associate had the car washed and ready for us when we pulled in. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were test driving the car and learning about all the technology and performance features of the car from David. We honestly expected to drive the 7, only so as to confirm our previous decision to purchase an S-Class we drove earlier that day - but were pleasantly surprised by both the car and the shopping experience that we changed our minds. David was open and honest in our discussions and was not pushing us into the more expensive option. We debated lower priced cars and felt like we were getting honest opinions and pricing from David - which gave us comfort we were making the right decision buying the 7. All the guys we worked with were professional and pleasant to do a deal with. We tend to ask a lot of questions and David and Jimmy and Pat gave us the time we needed to make the right move. When we came back to pick up the car we got a detailed walk through all the features with Drue and were thankful that Paul Miller made this a priority before taking delivery. We Look forward to our service visits in the future! Highly recommend for a stress free shopping experience.

  My first experience at Paul Miller was 2 years ago. It was my first time with a luxury car and my first time obtaining a leased vehicle. Tony Herrera was my sales representative at that time and provided excellent service to assist me with leaving the lot with the car of my dreams!! I loved the car and the service at Paul Miller so much that I went back recently to turn in my lease and purchase another one. I contacted Tony and again had a top notch experience. He is professional, accommodating, relaxed, and easy to talk to. I never feel pressured or annoyed because he is not that type of salesman. If you’re thinking of getting a BMW, I would definitely go to Paul Miller and ask for Tony Herrera if you want 5 star service.

  My husband and I traveled from VA to Paul Miller BMW to purchase another vehicle. As always Jimmy and the sales manager were very accommodating. Unfortunately we had a few unforeseen issues with car post purchase. Needless to say the sales manager Ryan stepped in and is currently assisting us to get up and running. We are still awaiting the repair of our car but it is comforting to know that the Paul Miller Team is on the job and ready to assist in making there customers car buying experience a good one. As soon as this issue is over we will update the post. These guys are great in fact we plan to purchase our sons college graduation present from these guys in December. Thanks Paul Miller BMW.

  This is the second vehicle we have gotten at Paul Miller BMW and the experience just gets better each time. Tom was great as always (we actually followed him from his last place of employment) and always makes us feel right at home. Tony, our salesman, was very helpful and personable - he made the process very easy. And Patrick, the Business Manager, was great in getting us on the road to enjoy our new car very quickly. Thanks for another great sales experience!

  First time in for service here, and must say very pleased. Everyone in the service dept are great. Ryan took great care of me, kept me well informed on how it was going. This service dept runs very smoothly I am very impressed and very pleased. Got me in and out quickly and the loaner was great! Thanks to everyone there for such an incredible job. Will definitely be back, knowing my car is getting the proper care it needs. Don't know what took me so long to get into a BMW.
