  This attorney is a total rip off he ripped me off my Settlement $25,000 he have workers that covered for him and lied all that time I was calling to pickup my check that told me he have death in the family after a month waiting they finally give me a check that returned i called the office no one answers the phone I traveled there so many times no one open the door I don't know if those guys still in business If you have a case in this office take elsewhere before you regret it

  This "attorney" is a MAJOR CROOK!!!! BEWARE he is incredibly UNETHICAL & has been reported to the district attorneys office. The "attorney" settled a claim for my husband and I and he issued us a fraudulent settlement check after the insurance had send him a check that was to be deposited onto an escrow account. He later disappeared and could not be contacted despite many attempts. His employees and manager cover up for him and lie for him. He has previously done this to other clients and in fact has been on the news for this. If you have a case with him try to substitute him as soon as possible. We are still pending to receive funds that were issued to us from this firm and Mr. Vesnaver has still to respond and instead has had his paralegal advise us that he is out of the country, his manager has scheduled appointments for us and then told us that Mr. Vesnaver has has a "sudden" death in his family via text and instead they have closed the office once we get there for our scheduled appointments and are force to just read notes left on the door, despite the fact that their parking spots are occupied no one opens the doors during working hours...
