  The General Manager Robert Pennisi understands customer service. I would recommend Rob and his friendly sales team (Sam is amazing) because he stands by the Cadillac brand and his product. Thank you.

  My service advisor Danny took great care of me, he took time with me and answered all of my questions. My car was repaired quickly and completely. Service Manager Shai went above and beyond his duties to order a part for my vehicle and treated me kindly. Five stars for these gentlemen.

  Had a really pleasant buying experience at Paul Conte, I dealt with Pat McCabe. He the buying experience a pleasant process. He knows his stuff. He answered all my questions made me feel at ease with the buying process. Did not rush me and in the end I got a nice used car and met a good guy. Highly recommend Paul Conte Cadillac!
