  Patriot a/c came to our house through warranty company. Problem is half of our doublwide does not blow air. So tech (owners son) claims system was over charged and he lowered refrigerant to correct level. I never saw a meter much less any recovery tank. Also claims he inspected visible part of crossover duct (the foil tunnel portion) but not the rigid part. Company claims they won't go under a house. Did not fix our system at all. Very poor service.

  We were assigned Patriot Air by our Home Warranty Company to fix one of our heating units. They were courteous, professional and not only fixed the problem for which they were dispatched for but also fixed the problems another contractor failed to properly diagnose and repair, therefore having left us without heat since Dec23. There are not very many contractors out there anymore who have the best interest of their customers in mind and I am happy to report that Patriot Air went above and beyond. Now that is GREAT customer service! Thank you for making sure we are warm and comfortable again in these freezing cold temperatures outside.

  I have used Patriot AC for both home warranty problems and privately. They have installed complete units at our lake house and also minor updates and repairs. They have been superb in every facet of business. Very knowledgeable, service oriented, reasonably priced and very prompt. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning issues. Very family oriented and honest. Ron S

  One thing to consider when reading reviews is that people usually only post one if they're really happy or really unhappy. I was surprised to see such low reviews because I had a great experience with this company. Our AHS insurance sent a different company (CMB Mechanical) that came out three times and still didn't fix the leak in our A/C. The pipe kept getting clogged and draining to the outside. I called the insurance and insisted they send a different company out. The first thing that stood out to me was they called to set up an appointment on the Sunday (the day after I called my insurance). I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. They were able to come out early Monday morning. I was really happy with this fast service. Jason came to fix our issue. The tech from the previous company said he wanted to replace the pipe that ran across our attic because it kept getting clogged. Jason just took about an hour to thoroughly clean the pipe, and our problem was fixed! I found Jason to be very calm, professional, and thorough, and I would definitely recommend him.

  I'm only putting 1 star cause it won't let me put negative stars. Apparently this family ran buisness is a crooked family ran buisness . Through my home warranty , this company was sent to my house initially for $65.00 to diagnose the problem, the tech ( who apparently is the son of the lying woman answering the phone) arrived at my house with no tools , didn't check anything and said the warranty is voided. After fighting that , and proving I'm covered I scheduled them to come back . When he arrived again no tools he climbed in my attack and said it could be two things. He'd have to contact the warranty service and see which option they'd pursue . "I'll be back Monday of its this part , Wednesday if it's this part" the next week rolls on , and the next . They weren't returning my calls untill eventually I gave up. My warranty services called me 5 weeks later and said " everything fixed up , we got the bill for services rendered ?" I told them that the company's only services that had been rendered was waisting my time and money. After deliberating thoroughly between warranty and patriot , they sent the call lady from patriots lying son back to my house where again he did nothing at all didn't even check the unit outside. He then determined nothing was wrong, and left. My house is 91 degrees , 3 months after initial contact and they won't answer the phone. I've now , since it's drug on this long had to open a new claim and do the whole thing again with a different contractor. PATRIOT A/C and HEAT is a scam . They are the lowest type of people in our country. Completely unpatriotic. Don't waist time or money with this family of cons......
