  Patricia Cocchia Esq was great. This was my first experience with her. She helped me all the way through the purchase of my house. She was very personable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone. She made sure I wasn’t getting jerked around and stayed on top of things. I always felt her first priority. I was able to call her at anytime, with any questions. Man did I have a lot of questions, but she answered them all and reassured me. Five stars isn’t enough for her.

  I give Patty a 4 Star Rating!! She is in opinion the best Real Estate attorney in Orange County. My mom had a closing several years ago with another attorney who I will not name here, that screwed up the closing so bad that 40K of my mom's money was held in escrow for months. I contacted Patty and within a month my mom received back the money that was rightfully hers. She has handled three of my own real estate deals and she is always on top of everything and always has her client's backs. I highly recommend Patty to anyone!!

  Stay away! I would rate this lawyer a minus star if I could. Used for home tax dispute and our petition was thrown out of court; paperwork was never filed with our town. Stuck in a nightmare situation which I don't wish on anyone!
