::Shockingly awful service, surly staff who didn't know what to do, the smallest large coffee I've ever had, sixty percent foam and tasteless. Breakfast included reheated egg... No hot chocolate in the house... Basil Fawlty eat your heart out, just don't eat it here or you'll have to wait half an hour
