  The Atlanta location is way better. We were not greeted at all. In fact, the staff didn’t even speak to us. I felt extremely uncomfortable as they were staring myself and my friend down the whole time we browsed the store. We walked upstairs and nobody was up there. Within a few seconds of getting up there, a staff member raced up the stairs and again stared us down without saying a word until we left like we were trying to steal. I was wearing one of their pull overs? I don’t know what the problem was or what warranted such rudeness. Nobody was in the store except us. Plus: They had an extremely limited selection of spring and summer items and focused too much on winter jackets which were not marked down. Considering the season is over, maybe at least 10% would be acceptable? I will not return to this location. If I didn’t like the Atlanta one so much, I wouldn’t buy anything from you again to be honest. For a high-end brand to act like that towards loyal, paying customers who are wearing their products is absolutely unacceptable.

  Outstanding! Excellent, unobtrusive (and friendly) service (Thanks, John!), couldn't be happier with my Jacket. Went in with the hopes of finally finding a capable winter jacket (ideally ethically sourced), went out with a smile. Can only recommend the Patagonia Store in Chicago.

  Every Patagonia store has friendly and knowledgeable staff who stand behind their products. I was just visiting to check out some of their winter clothing and the men and women working there were incredibly helpful in providing suggestions to meet your wants and needs rather than selling you the most expensive item in the store. As with all clothing, I recommend you visiting the store to try on what you are interested in to get the proper sizing. If they do not carry what you are looking for, they offer free shipping to your door and you can conveniently order from within the store. Patagonia also has their Ironclad guarantee, which means if there is any problem or dissatisfaction with whatever your purchase may be, you can be rest assured you can get your item repaired, exchanged, or refunded at any point in time after you bought it.

  Staff was so helpful and took the time to connect with me and really help me find the best winter jacket for my needs. I love this company and everything they stand for and you can tell that the company values their employees. Everyone was helpful, happy, genuine and knowledgeable.
