  This place is as clueless as they come. Took my mother here for a Workers Comp case she had going on and not once did they ever return her calls, she never got in touch with anyone she tried to contact including her paralegal and her lawyer, and she never at any point was called to be told what was going on with the case as far as possible court appearances and settlements. I wish I could rank them 0 stars. Don't waste your time with this place.

  I was not satisfied with anything this office did for me. My representative had no clue about my case or information about me. When my legal aide was Steven Prado, they were in constant communication with me and then he was replaced and I didn't here from them until the day of my case. The representative Mercurio was not knowlegable and therefore could not supply simple answers to the judges questions. 1 star is way to much approval for what they did for me and my work injury. Wish There was a way to give them zero stars. I should've listened to my friend who was represented by them and said I would regret it.

  Thus firm represented my husband. I also was a senior paralegal for many years and must say this firm is so plaintiff minded. I live that as I myself worked fir my firm's clients. Jasmine is an amazing paralegal with great people skills. I love it when we realize that a firm needs clients, and treat them as such. Thank you
