  I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service I receive from Passaic Bergen water softening. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful, and the gentleman, his name was ardijan, who put in our filter was very polite and outgoing. I've never seen a person love their job so much. My mom loved him as he was so polite and answered all her questions. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends. You will not be disappointed.

  Great customer service, great people, great service. I have been looking for this type of service for the longest and was not happy with the prices out there. Luckily i found these guys and i couldn't have made the best decision. great price and have payment plans.

  The tech that came out to my house explained everything I needed to know about the water softener that was left in the house my fiance and I just bought. It's working great, we notice a difference, and feel confident about using the softener. The visit took no more than 20 minutes and the price was very budget friendly. Looking forward to our 6 month reminder and softener check up.

  Living in Hawthorne, with what I'm pretty sure is the world's hardest water, was SO dumb. I wish I had contacted Passaic Bergen Water Softening sooner! Start to finish, a great experience. Quick sales meeting explaining the impact of hard water, the benefits of soft water and reverse osmosis filtration, a water test that showed just how gross what was coming out of my tap was, and a reasonable estimate. Just over a week later, it was install day, and in about 3 hours I was all set. That day, I immediately realized how wonderful it is having soft water, and how exciting it is that I won't have to lug home cases of water anymore. Thank you guys! I'm so pleased.

  Quality service. Definitely recommend. The service representative was fantastic. He was friendly, explained the process, made sure the work area was clean when done, even offered to take his shoes off upon arrival (which i accepted - that's what we all do at our home too) and even remembered something personal about our family when he was last there over a year ago!!! Super staff experience, professionally done all around!
