  Fui com meu filho de 3 anos ate essa loja pois fui comprar lembrancinhas de c de bebe pois estou pra ganhar outra baby, e acreditem se quiser, fui tratada como um lixo. A mulher mal educada parecia uma louca varrida falando a todo momento que meu filho iria quebrar as coisas dela, que diga se de passagem tudo muito mal organizado uma bagunça, voce nao acha nada que voce quer e tudo muito caro. E por fim ela me expulssou da loja dizendo para eu voltar sem meu filho. Mulherzinha mal amada nao deve gostar de crianças nao sei porque entao tem uma loja desse seguimento tomara que venha falir pois essa senhora nao serve nem pra tratar de um cavalo quanto mais com seres humanos. Nao recomendo ninguem passar pelo que eu passei ...

  The lady here treats you like actual garbage. She speak to you like you’re stupid. I think she was having a bad day so I decided to be extra nice to maybe make her day a little better. Instead her attitude grew even more. I was extremely shocked at her attitude so I said “I think I’ll just go” she made it seem like I was nothing while she agreed....I was like “wow please treat your next customers nicely because you’re being mean to me and I’m not sure why” and she asked the man there to get me out....he grilled me....and I was so frightened by the attitude of these people that I decided to leave.... I remember when I was a kid I came here once and I remember them being rude to my parents. I decided to come to this store since it was on the way to my destination. I originally did not realize it was the same store until I was a block away. I also wanted to give them another try since I wasn’t an adult back then and still always thought the store on the inside was cute. However, these people make everything they have look as trashy as they make people feel.

  So due to and emergency we no longer needed the rental chair for our shower. I called party world only to get multiple contradictive responses. I was told that they need 24 hours in advance to cancel custom orders which we never asked for Also was not expressed at all at purchase. I was then told that we should have asked what do we do in and emergency. As well as they redo everything on the chairs and we asked for a custom order once again. We never asked for a custom order we asked for a chair that was already done as is and nothing else was said at all! I was hung up on multiple times also was told I was playing a game of semantics because I stated none of these policies were told to us or written on the reciept and she kept changing the policy over the phone every time I caught her in a lie. she kept going on about she knew we were told this at purchase then later said she doesn't know if she was there and continues to contradict herself and say anything to keep her payment I mean it seems like this place needs the money pretty bad. So I'm not going to put up a fight if you need anything for a shower please DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a headache. I'm sorry to anyone who was ripped off by this "party place".

  I got all my party supplies from here and the prices were really fair compared to other places plenty of parking off the street i would recommend to anyone having a party the lady is really good at what she does, the printed ribbons where excellent they also have a custom party invitations really nice people work here bring CASH ONLY no credit card maybe in the future they will accept credit cards
