  I had always come to this particular store they had always been curtious. But this past Thursday I had the worse customer service, an a gets worse because a was from management. Her excuse for ignored me and my daughter for approximately 5 minutes was "I'm sick" . I ask her are you mad?. When I requested help on the bollons area she looked very upset, this is not what customer service is all about, she should it stay home instead.

  Weird experience here. I come in and get yelled out to leave my bookbag at the front. Meanwhile there were people in the store carrying bags and purses?? I bring my book bag everywhere to carry things and have never once been told to "leave it at the front." The check out lady was friendly enough but everyone else seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Also very warm inside, no air conditioning. I came in to get wrapping paper, tissue paper and ribbon for my mom's birthday and was disappointed at the selection of wrapping papers. They had all the cartoons and plain colors, but for "Party City " that should have had a more extensive selection. Gave them my bag and got what I needed but I wont come here again.

  Extensive on-hand supplies for celebrating everything! Helpful staff. No waiting. Reasonable prices.
