  Customer service over the phone it's really bad , the operator over the phone should get another job, a job where there is not related with any customer service.

  This store does not pick up the phone. It is December and they still have a Halloween getting on the voicemail. One of the employees told us that the phones are not working “intermittently” and they answer the phones when they hear them.
