::Horrible customer service.. In the store and over the phone. Today oct 23th, waited 30 mins for someone to help me find an iteam i been searching for. They gave me the option to place those iteam on hold which i gadly agree since i was traveling from NYC to CT. Drove 1 hr, got the place.. waiting in line for 20 mins to find out the iteam were never place on hold. They send me to the back, they were sold out.. the "manager " offered me 20% off on w.e item i purchase instead of my originals. Denied, im so upset. Pently more customers were upset, this isnt a good place to reley on.. i will never go there again.
