  Woefully understaffed. The phone just rings and rings when I called to buy balloons. Right now there are two workers and about 7 groups of patrons needing assistance.

  They mostly have no clue but they are good at the balloons and ornaments.

  An hour wait to fill a couple balloons for walk in customers is ridiculous. Protip, go to Albertson's.
