  Loved the selection but they didn't have any thing of what we was interested in. Looking for some " Five Nights At Freddy's".

  My first time buying halloween decorations and I'm excited because I can re use them for next year and to me the prices weren't bad at all.

  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WISH THEY WORE NAME TAGS SO I COULD SHOUT OUT TO THEM!! I needed a costume for my son and the lady was so kind and funny! The manager, (I think named Anna?) went out of her way to help me with 12 balloons and 2 3 year olds. Good prices, NICE PEOPLE and good atmosphere.

  Party City used to be great. Now it's overpriced and the customer service is pretty much non existent. The employees walk right by you without so much as a hello, never mind asking if you need any help. When I asked a simple question, it was met with a shoulder shrug. Employee training for customer service needs to be revisited.
