  I called Party City in Oceanside on Friday, April 13 at 8:45 pm to check if they had a costume my daughter needed for the next morning. After being on hold for over 20 minutes another person picked up the line to tell me that they were closed and I had to call the next day. This was the so-called manager and she told me that they could not help me and I said “why was I on hold for 20 minutes. what were you checking? and at least let me know if the item was in stock so I could justify taking the long trip to pick it up the next morning.” She said again I’m sorry ma’am I cannot help you we are closed and to which I asked: “What is your name? “ and she hung up. How rude!!!!!! I was forced to put a star in order to post but this store does not deserve it. My daughter and her friends are calling this store: Farty City!!!!

  Manager so called Gigi was extremely rude to us for no apparent reason other than her hating her position! I will never shop at this party city ever again! You need to do better training for your staff if they are going to be dealing with customers!

  Didn't see any floor associates helping the many ppl shopping, checkout line was slow but the store was well stocked and spacious
