  I have never been to a party City store that is so well kept like this one. Very clean, always!! Staff is always very helpful and polite.

  I usually have a great experience here. But this morning I went to get balloons for my son for his birthday. The woman working told me it would be a 30 minute wait to fill it with helium. I was frustrated because it was only one balloon. I feel like it could've been done very quickly. She was also very nasty about it. Her reasoning was because it was other orders being filled. I love this store so I will return. However, I feel like this could've been handled better.
