::Everything is decent, the latex balloons are a joke and the answers/reasons they give are insane. Stay away from the balloon section its garbage

::Party City on the Saturday after graduation is always a ma spouse for balloons. Me being the last minute person I am walked in with almost zero hope that I would even leave with balloons. Jillian was a HUGE helped and saved the day for my sisters party! She was able to recognize how stressed I was, she reassured me that we can get something figured out and she definetley did!
