  As a pharmacist, i can tell you that this is one pharmacy that you need to avoid, customer service is HORRIBLE!

  When you have been buying compounded materials from a pharmacy for years and they all of a sudden stop without informing their customers that is poor customer service. That leaves patients scrambling to try and find a new place to get their meds. If I could give them a zero rating I would !!

  I've been dealing with this pharmacy for 4 years now, but they finally broke me. It's always been hit or miss if the person you deal with has any customer service skills. A few of them over the years have, but more often than not they have ranged from meh to condescending to downright surly. They are slow to attend to the customer counter, they don't appear to have any system for filling a prescription in a timely or scheduled manner and have repeatedly claimed to have not received prescriptions from two different doctors when the doctors claim to have sent them in. That last one should be an aberration, but in their case it has happened multiple times in different months.

  Don't Rip off patient money.. Increasing the price of a compound drug 150% is completely not acceptable. And you are making everyone to believe that the price increase was just 25%. The 10ml drug was $20 before and now 5ml was at $25 which is 150% raise.

  Great local pharmacy, save money on compounding. Prices are the same as the big guys but no one here makes mistakes.
